Author name configuration only provides two choices for configuration: 1.) Full Name and 2.) Nickname (Which is the system User ID)
For sake of privacy, I have reviewers who do not want to have their full name posted in public. For the sake of security, user ID's should never be public.
How can I configure the public reviews to only show the user's first name?
