Please could somebody tell me how to add the toool bar above the comment box on jlex review it is not displaying, preventing people from formating their entries, the application looks good, but the documentation is the worst i have ever come across, it really has driven me made over the last few days, so please anybody provide me with this information and i am forever in your debt

The toolbar has the time &  you-tube application ext............................
