Is there any way to have all Comments displayed by default? I'm trying to use this as more of a commenting feature instead of making people open the first comment to be able to see any further comments. I guess what I would really like is something like:

Comment 1........
   (reply)   Helpful? Yes  No)

Comment 2.......
  (reply)   Helpful?  Yes  No?

etc.
