Hi, I noticed that is impossible to translate, with language file only, the ministar popup window: it says "n stars average n ratings" even after translating all on the ini file.

I looked for the original php template file very hard but still is the only thing i cannot edit manually so i'm asking you please, could you point me wich file i need to edit to override this english text?
