I have fully read your refund policy and i fully understand all you have written, i am not happy with the J Lex Review extension, i am in the process of uninstalling the application, should be uninstalled by the close of business today, i am asking you if it is possible to change the extension to J Lex Comment, PRO this looks a much more suitable extension for the website, i am really sorry for messing you around, i would be extremely appreciative if you could do this for us so we can stay part of organizations work long into the future.
