our users sometimes have problems using the reviewing tool. They rate the item in general 5 star, but forget to set each rating criteria from 1 (default) to 5.
Do you have a suggestion to make the rating more easier and usable for the users? E.g. by replacing the ruler with stars, or making the switcher of the ruler more obvious? I could`t find any alternatives in the configuration.
