Just instaleed JLexLookup and am settingup my first table. In the instructions it does not show how to update an existing spreadsheet. Is it possible to re-upload a spreadsheet to update the values?

Hello,
With exsting table, you can add/modify a row. You can not re-import a spreadsheet to exitsting table.
If you have a spreadsheet table with a new value, you should create a new table in JLex Lookup.
Hope can help you!
Best regards,
Victor Nguyen.
