It's translated from JGB_COMMENT phrase in English language files.
The path to language file is language/en-GB/en-GB.com_jlexguestbook.ini
Notice: Sometime, it may conflict from admin language file so you should translate it too in administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_jlexguestbook.ini - Just for this phrase.
