hi
when the user make mistake on comment or reply form (blank comment , email wrong .... etc)
the form jump to top of the page and a red error message show on top .
on my site the error red mesage become under the sticky header then i dont see it's contents .
AND ,
when the form jump to top , the user dont see the parent comment that he want to reply it .
then he must to scroll down to see it . this is not convenient and not restful .


IF the comment submint botton is disabled until the user fill all the form , and the error message
display without jump to top ... i thing this will be great .


here the user know that he miss somthing when he see the button disabled .
and if he make a mistake he stay on same place and see the error message .
